Mary Anne was preceded in death by her parents; 5 brothers, Ambrose, Vincent, August, Joseph and Arthur; and sister, Ruth. She was a devout Catholic and attended St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church in Humble, Texas. She enjoyed singing at mass and especially loved it when all of her kids attended 7 a.m. mass with her. Her favorite pastimes were playing cards, board games and dominoes; reading about her faith; having her family visit her. Mary Anne’s lifelong desire was to move back up north where she could see snow. Her cremated remains will be brought to Illinois where this can become a reality where she will await her husband of 50 years to join her. A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Oak Hill Cemetery in Taylorville, Illinois. Memorials can be made to: Lola’s Lucky Day (lolasluckyday.com) or any no-kill animal shelter of your choosing.
