Eugene Chism

Eugene “Gene” Chism passed away suddenly and peacefully at home to be with God March 29, 2020. He was 87. He was an only child and preceded in death by his parent’s Archibald and Elizabeth Chism and granddaughter Adrienne Mullen. Survived by his wife Genevieve of 64 years, daughter Catherine Chism, (Sonny Blanton), Audrey Blumenthal (John), grandsons Brent Mullen, Nicholas and Anthony Blumenthal and Great-Granddaughters Lexie and Morgan Mullen.   Service to be held at St. Timothy’s Anglican Church, Spring, TX, at a future date and will be announced.  Ashes inurned at St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church’s Chapel of the Heavens columbarium.  In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in memory of Gene to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.   Gene had lots of wonderful friends who have shared lovely memories of him. He will be forever loved and missed by his family and friends.
