Dennis Gene Ramsey, a beloved member of the community, passed away on November 11, 2023, in Spring, Texas. Born on November 26, 1948, in Akron, OH, Dennis led a life filled with warmth and passion.

Dennis was widely known for his successful career at Carters Country, where he dedicated many years of hard work and commitment. He excelled in his profession and established himself as a respected figure within the industry. Dennis' dedication to his craft was unwavering, and he left a lasting impact on those who had the pleasure of working alongside him.

Outside of his professional life, Dennis had an array of hobbies and interests that brought him great joy. He had a profound love for animals, especially dogs. His unconditional affection for them was apparent to anyone who witnessed the bond he shared with his furry companions throughout the years.

Another hobby Dennis held dear was raising fish. He found solace and tranquility in nurturing aquatic life. Whether it was creating beautiful aquariums or simply gazing into the calming waters, Dennis found peace within this cherished pastime.

Additionally, Dennis had a deep appreciation for guns and enjoyed everything related to them. He took pleasure in collecting firearms and cherished each one with great care. His vast knowledge and enthusiasm for guns made him an authority among his friends and loved ones.

Dennis also possessed a creative spirit that shone through his gypsy garden. With meticulous attention to detail, he transformed his outdoor space into an oasis of vibrant colors and exotic plants. The beauty of his garden mirrored the beauty within Dennis' soul.

To his family and friends, Dennis will forever be remembered as a loving husband, father, son, brother, and friend. Janet Boggs Ramsey was by his side as his devoted wife throughout their incredible journey together. Their unwavering love and support were the foundation upon which their family flourished.

Dennis leaves a legacy of love and camaraderie through his children and their respective spouses. Mary Flores, Miranda Flores, Scott Ramsey and his wife Lindy, Gregg Ramsey and his wife Kathy, Brett Ramsey and his wife Tauna, and  were not only fortunate to call him their father but also to have experienced his unwavering love and guidance.

Dennis' siblings were among those who had the privilege of sharing a unique bond forged through countless memories. Loretta Ramsey, Jill Hayward, Jack Ramsey, and Cynthia stood by Dennis throughout the highs and lows of life. They provided unwavering support and served as beacons of strength when times were tough. As well as numerous grandchildren.

The impact that Dennis had on the lives of those around him was immeasurable. His infectious smile and generous spirit will forever be remembered by all who knew him. He was a pillar of strength in his family and a dependable friend to many.
