For 47 years, Barbara dedicated herself to the real estate profession, finding deep fulfillment in helping people discover their forever homes. Her work was not merely a career but a calling that she approached with unwavering passion and dedication. Through her careful guidance and personal touch, she made a lasting impact on countless families and individuals searching for a place to call their own.
Barbara’s personality was one that inspired admiration and respect. She was loving, self-determined, and strong-willed—qualities that defined her approach to life and her relationships. Above all, she cherished her son, Matthew Borchers and his partner, Kevin, to whom she was devoted with all her heart. Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her family; she was known for her insistence on the safety and well-being of children, always ready to offer help whenever it was needed. Those who knew Barbara remembered her as a steadfast presence, someone who was always there for her son and his friends, with an open heart and hands willing to support.
Outside of her professional life, Barbara had a rich array of interests that brought her joy and peace. Barbara’s life will be celebrated with a Celebration of Life Service to be held at the Cypress Creek Christian Community Center, located at 6823 Cypresswood Drive in Spring, Texas 77379, on April 19, 2026, at 3:00 pm. There will be a service followed by a period for everyone to connect and share stories. After the Celebration of Life, we will all move to another location to continue to connect.
